Perhaps you have felt a moment of panic in your life that was unexplained....
You felt like you knew something was wrong. Health? Emotional being? Job? Friendship? It was like you had a sense of something that was not there....
Your feelings, Your blood pressure, Your breathing all started to suffer when this thought entered your head.
The questions....Why do I feel this way? Is this real? Should I go to the hospital? And of course How do I talk about this without having someone think I am crazy?
More than 50% of people will experience some sort of panic in their life that is unexplained by a root cause.
Anxiety....It's a interesting subject, disorder, symptom, and a silent killer.
None of this is meant to scare anyone, but create more mental health awareness around the subject. It's around more than people talk about due to appearing tough, not wanting to deal with it, and there is some that simply do not know what it is.
For the most part anxiety can be reduced by understanding it. For those of us that have had anxiety for long periods of time have searched the internet, tried to reduce the symptoms, found other excuses for the reason you have panic attacks and sometimes just do not feel well.
Like most of us, Your scared of labels and seeking professional help. Afraid the doctor may just laugh it off, not take you serious, misdiagnose you. Put you on medication to make you feel like a zombie.
These things are all possible, but it's also possible it's the first step to finding someone better than ourselves that can actually guide us through this. You probably often googled symptoms, took others advice, tried different breathing techniques, but you still have not accepted your anxiety.
For people that have dealt with anxiety for more than a couple years. There is just coping, reducing anxiety symptom triggers, figuring out what we need to do to just get through a day. A sense of control. Our mental awareness is at heights unexplained. We feel it mentally, sometimes physically and can even cause raises in blood pressure, tremors all due to thoughts. Perhaps you just recently felt these types of things.... It's time to get help. The sooner the better. This does not mean buy supplements, start self diagnosing, and then labeling yourself. This means real mental health professional help. Talking with a friend, Let them know what your going through, Go to a doctor and see if your vitamin deficient.
A supplement is exactly what it says it is...A supplement to reduce, help or help ale any symptoms, conditions, deficiencies. It's not a cure, neither is self diagnosis. You can't diagnose yourself due to the fact you do not see the whole picture. Talking to a friend, a doctor, a mental health professional will let you not fight it out in your head and accept what you think it is.
